Section 290 IAC 1-1-6 - Duplication of benefits prohibited

Sec. 6.

Damage costs recouped or services or materials, or both, provided at no cost, such as insurance settlements and donations of services or materials, will be considered in evaluating an application to ensure that a grant from the fund is not duplicating benefits received from other sources.
