Section 290 IAC 1-1-0.5 - Purpose

Sec. 0.5.

The state disaster relief fund public assistance program is established to provide financial assistance to qualifying eligible entities for the:

(1) costs of repairing, replacing, or restoring public property damaged or destroyed by a disaster; and

(2) disaster response costs incurred by an eligible entity during a disaster.
