Section 260 IAC 2.5-2-5 - Breath test operators certified or recertified under repealed rule

Sec. 5.

The certifications of breath test operators who were certified or recertified under 260 IAC 2-2 before its repeal shall be valid until the date they would have expired under 260 IAC 2-2 before its repeal.
