Section 250 IAC 2-8-2 - Responsibility for submitting report

Sec. 2.

The chief executive officer of every law enforcement department or agency in Indiana shall be responsible for submitting an annual report to the executive director of the board detailing the basic and inservice training status of every officer on the payroll of the department or agency. A similar report must be submitted for each reserve police officer.
