Section 250 IAC 2-6-2 - Successful completion permits temporary exercise of police powers

Sec. 2.

Successful completion of the prebasic course authorizes a law enforcement officer to:

(1) make arrests;

(2) conduct searches and seizures of persons and property; and

(3) carry a firearm; for one (1) year after the date the law enforcement officer is appointed.
