Section 250 IAC 2-1-2 - "Annual training status report" defined

Sec. 2.

"Annual training status report" means the report that the chief executive officer of every department or agency in Indiana must submit, to the executive director of the board, detailing the training received by all of that department's law enforcement officers and reserve police officers during the previous calendar year.
