Section 25 IAC 9-6-2 - Ownership determinations

Sec. 2.

In determining whether a qualifying member owns an enterprise, the department shall consider all the facts in the record, viewed as a whole to determine if the qualifying member owns the enterprise as defined by 25 IAC 9-2-1(12).
