Section 25 IAC 2-5-2 - Projects between $75,000 and $150,000; criteria for bidding

Sec. 2.

When the estimated cost of construction is valued at seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) but less than one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), sealed bids shall be solicited in in accordance with IC 4-13.6-5-8.
