Section 25 IAC 2-3-5 - Supervision of designer contracts

Sec. 5.

The Director shall be responsible for seeing that all points of the Designer contract are adhered to administratively. Should the designer fail to so adhere to the contract to any significant degree, the Director shall inform the Commissioner and/or Attorney General of this fact and request guidance in the successful promulgating of the design contract.
