Section 25 IAC 1.5-3-6 - Acceptance of procedures and sanctions

Sec. 6.

A solicitation under 25 IAC 1.5 shall state that businesses submitting offers as small businesses will accept all procedures and possible sanctions provided in 25 IAC 1.5-4 and that the provisions of 25 IAC 1.5 are incorporated by reference into any contract awarded under 25 IAC 1.5.
