Section 25 IAC 1.5-1-9 - "Small business" defined

Sec. 9.

"Small business" means a business that:

(1) is independently owned and operated;

(2) is not dominant in its industry; and

(3) meets the restrictions imposed by 25 IAC 1.5-3-1.
