Sec. 1.
Scope. 220 IAC 1.1-2 applies to parole and discharge for criminal offenders sentenced for offenses under laws other than IC 35-50, to criminal offenders sentenced under IC 35-50 whose paroles have been revoked and who are eligible for reinstatement, and to criminal offenders alleged to have violated a condition of remaining on parole. Section 4(b) [ 220 IAC 1.1-2-4(b) ] of this rule pertaining to special conditions, applies to all criminal offenders released on parole.
