Section 210 IAC 8-8-8 - Health care credentials

Sec. 8.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that health care personnel comply with applicable federal and state licensure, certification, or registration requirements.
(b) Current credentials and licensure are verified annually and are on file in the facility.
(c) Concerns about incompetence or professional misconduct are managed in accordance with state law, agency policy, and relevant professional ethical codes.
(d) This is a mandatory standard.
