Sec. 35.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that when a juvenile is placed in room confinement or isolation for medical purposes, a qualified health care professional or health trained staff shall: (1) be informed immediately; and(2) complete an assessment as determined by the health care authority.(b) Unless medical attention is needed more frequently, each juvenile in room confinement or isolation receives a daily visit from a qualified health care professional or health trained staff.Department of Correction; 210 IAC 8-8-35; filed 9/16/2022, 3:13 p.m.: 20221012-IR-210220072FRA
