Section 210 IAC 8-8-26 - Medical and dental adaptive devices

Sec. 26.

Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that medical and dental adaptive devices are permitted, when medically necessary, as determined by the responsible health care practitioner, and when security is not compromised.
