Section 210 IAC 8-8-16 - Sexual assault

Sec. 16.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that victims of sexual assault are referred, under appropriate security provisions, to a community facility qualified for assessment and treatment of victims and gathering of evidence.

(b) This is a mandatory standard.
