Section 210 IAC 8-6-41 - Sexual conduct within the facility

Sec. 41.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that sexual conduct between juveniles and: (1) staff;(2) volunteers; and(3) contract personnel; is prohibited and subject to administrative and criminal disciplinary sanctions.(b) This is a mandatory standard.
