Sec. 26.
Written policy, procedure, and practice provide juveniles reasonable access to the general public through the communications media, subject only to the limitations necessary to maintain order and security and to protect the juveniles' rights. Media requests for interviews and juvenile parental or guardian consents must be in writing.
