Section 210 IAC 8-6-14 - Disciplinary committee

Sec. 14.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that an impartial person or panel of persons, referred to as the disciplinary committee, conducts disciplinary hearings on major rule violations.

(b) A record of the proceedings is made and maintained for at least six (6) months.
