Section 210 IAC 8-4-7 - Facility location

Sec. 7.

Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the facility location:

(1) encourages the use of community-based services;

(2) encourages continued contact between juveniles and family members; and

(3) ensures a timely response by emergency responders.
