Sec. 28.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that there is sufficient space for the following staff:(1) Administrative.(2) Security.(3) Professional.(4) Clerical.(b) This space includes the following: (1) A conference room.(2) A storage room for records.(3) A public lobby.(4) Toilet facilities.
