Sec. 8.
Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that there is a written document delineating the facility's organization and mission within the context of the local juvenile justice system. The document includes an organizational chart that groups similar functions, services, and activities in administrative subunits. The document is reviewed at least annually and updated, as needed.
