Section 210 IAC 8-3-6 - Community advisory board

Sec. 6.

Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that there exists a community advisory board that serves as a link between the facility program and the community. The community advisory board shall:

(1) meet at least annually; and

(2) be representative of the community in which it is located.
