(a) When reference is made to any of the following within the ACA standards publication, such reference is for information purposes only:

(1) A "Principle" stated at the beginning of a section.

(2) The "Comment" listed following each standard except as provided in section 3(c)(6) of this rule.

(3) Appendices "A" and "B".

(4) Glossary.

(b) Subsection (a) is:

(1) not adopted as part of this article; and

(2) not enforceable as part of this article.
