Section 210 IAC 1-4-3 - Need for care and treatment; determination by commissioner

Sec. 3.

The Commissioner of the Department of Correction or his designee, after receipt of the psychiatrist's report, shall make an administrative determination based upon the need of the inmate for care and treatment in a mental hospital.
