Section 210 IAC 1-4-13 - Authorization for acceptance of inmates

Sec. 13.

After reviewing the report and/or examining the inmate, the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health or his designee may prepare an authorization for the acceptance of the inmate by the Superintendent of a mental hospital.
