Section 207 IAC 1-1-3 - "Deputy coroner" defined

Sec. 3.

"Deputy coroner" means a part-time or full-time person appointed by a county coroner for purposes of providing medicolegal investigation and endorsed by a county coroner to be authorized to certify a cause of death.
