Section 170 IAC 4-9-6 - Emergency or public safety trimming

Sec. 6.

In cases of emergency or public safety, utilities may, without customer consent, remove more than twenty-five percent (25%) of a tree or trim beyond existing easement or right-of-way boundaries in order to remedy the emergency or public safety situation.
