Section 170 IAC 4-6-6 - Approval modification procedure

Sec. 6.

A utility may seek commission approval for the modified use of qualified pollution control property in the utility's coal burning generating facility under section 5 of this rule by filing an appropriate petition with the commission under IC 8-1-2-61 or in the context of a review proceeding under IC 8-1-8.5, IC 8-1-8.7, or IC 8-1-27.
