Section 170 IAC 4-4.2-3 - Exemption

Sec. 3.

Net metering facilities shall be exempt from revenue requirement and associated regulation under IC 8-1-2 as administered by the commission, but the commission shall have authority over rates charged by electric utilities to net metering facilities.
