Section 170 IAC 12-1-9 - Record keeping costs of residential conservation service program

Sec. 9.

Utilities participating in the State Plan shall keep a record of services performed, fees and revenues received, and costs borne in connection with the Residential Conservation Service Program as described at 10 CFR 456 and embodied in the State Plan and shall make such information available to the Lead Agency.
