Section 170 IAC 1-1.1-6 - Office of utility consumer counselor

Sec. 6.

The public, as a class, shall be deemed a party in a proceeding in which the office of utility consumer counselor shall appear on behalf of the public. However, individuals or groups may be granted intervention and be represented by independent counsel.
