Section 135 IAC 2.5-5-1 - Eligible electronic transponder users

Sec. 1.

(a) During the toll rebate period, the toll levels applicable to eligible electronic transponder users shall be the toll road rebate rates listed at http://www.in.gov/ifa/files/ITRCC_Toll_Rates.pdf.

(b) On the toll rebate period termination date, the tolls applicable to eligible electronic transponder users shall be the rates then in effect for all other class 2 users.
