Section 130 IAC 4-1-11 - Fishing; swimming; boat launching

Sec. 11.

(a) No person shall fish in the port area between sunset and sunrise. Fishing is allowed only within the designated fishing area that is maintained and is under the jurisdiction of the department of natural resources and the commission.
(b) No person shall launch a boat or fish from a boat in the port area.
(c) Swimming is prohibited in the port area.
