Section 11 IAC 3-1-3 - "Information" defined

Sec. 3.

As used in this article, "information" refers to:

(1) a document as described in section 2 of this rule;

(2) an amendment as described in 11 IAC 3-2-3; or

(3) any other paperwork required to be filed under IC 23-7-8 or this article.
