Section 10 IAC 6-4-3 - Due date for calendar quarter escrow deposits and certifications

Sec. 3.

If a nonparticipating manufacturer is required under this rule to make escrow deposits and certifications by calendar quarter, both shall be due no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the calendar quarter.
