Sec. 2.
(a) The attorney general shall notify the appropriate law enforcement agency upon receipt of any firearm and will furnish all identifying information related to the firearm.(b) After the law enforcement agency notifies the attorney general that the firearm is not connected with any criminal investigation, the firearm shall be sold at auction by a dealer licensed to sell firearms.(c) The dealer shall conduct the sale of firearms in strict compliance with Indiana laws and rules concerning firearms sales.
