Section 454.60 - Regulatory Dockets

a) Information and data relating to Department actions pursuant to this Part are maintained by the Bureau of Safety Programs, Division of Traffic Safety, Illinois Department of Transportation, 1340 North 9^th Street, P.O. Box 19212, Springfield, Illinois 62794-9212.

b) Any person may examine and copy any docketed material at the offices of the Division during regular business hours.
