Section 338.50 - What May Not Be AppealedThe following circumstances are not appropriate for the appeal process:
a) when the Department has already made a final administrative decision on the issue as a result of a previous appeal;b) when a court has made a judicial decision on the issue being appealed; orc) when the appellant has not met the time frame for requesting an appeal.Ill.
