Section 1000.310 - Suspension or Revocation of Agent Identification Carda) The Department may suspend or revoke a cultivation center agent identification card for any of the following reasons: 1) Submission of misleading, incorrect, false or fraudulent information in the application or renewal application;2) Violation or violations of the requirements of the Act and this Part;3) Fraudulent use of the identification card;4) Selling, distributing, transferring in any manner, or giving medical cannabis to any unauthorized person;5) Tampering with, falsifying, altering, modifying or duplicating an identification card;6) Failure to notify the Department within 10 business days after becoming aware that the identification card has been lost, stolen or destroyed;7) Failure to notify the Department within 10 business days after a change in the information provided in the application for an identification card; or8) Conviction of an excluded offense following the issuance of an identification card.b) In addition, each of the following shall be grounds for the revocation of a cultivation center identification card: 1) The cultivation center agent is convicted of a felony drug offense in Illinois or of a like violation of the laws of another state, the United States or a military, territorial or Indian tribal authority, or another country; or2) The cultivation center agent is deceased.Ill.
