This Part is promulgated by the Illinois Department of Public Health to implement the Field Sanitation Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 1111/2, par. 5901 et seq.). The Act and this Field Sanitation Code sets forth the sanitary conditions for "every farm operation... whenten or moreworkersare employed." (Section 4 of the Act). These sanitary conditions include requirements for toilet, drinking water and handwashing facilities for agricultural workers.
