Section 664.110 - Minimum Qualifications of Persons Administering Screenings in a School

Persons administering screenings in schools shall minimally be:

a) A licensed clinical social worker;

b) A licensed clinical psychologist;

c) A licensed physician;

d) A licensed APRN; or

e) A licensed physician assistant.
