The non-narcotic substances excluded from all schedules of the Federal Controlled Substances Act ( 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) as of January 1, 1974, pursuant to Section 1308.22 of the Code of Federal Regulations ( 21 CFR 1308.22) , are excluded from all schedules of the Act.
