Section 2201.10 - Application and Scope

This Rule applies to all insurance companies authorized to transact the kind or kinds of business enumerated in Class 2 of Section 4 of the Illinois Insurance Code. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 73, par. 616).
