Section 5010.660 - Sale of Transferable Equipment

a) In the event that an item of transferable equipment is not wanted by any State agency, it shall be disposed of by sale.

b) All transferable equipment that is to be sold shall be offered:

1) first, to Priority Agencies; and

2) then, to the general public.
