Section 602.103 - Public Water Supply Capacity Development

All new community water supplies must demonstrate technical, financial, and managerial capacity as a condition for issuance of construction and operating permits by the Agency. The demonstration must be consistent with the technical, financial and managerial provisions of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 USC 300f) , and regulations adopted by the Agency.
