Section 307.1005 - Toxic Pollutants

a) The Board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 401.15(2005). This incorporation includes no later amendments or editions.

b) A "toxic pollutant" is one of the materials listed in 40 CFR 401.15 or in table II or III in appendix D to 40 CFR 122, incorporated by reference in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 310.107.
