Section 207.404 - Targeting of High Emissions Vehicles

Vehicle scrappage plans may include only eligible vehicles with demonstrated high emissions. A certificate of waiver under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 276.403 or test results, pursuant to the vehicle inspection and maintenance program administred under the Vehicle Inspection Law of 1995 [625 ILCS 5/13B ], may demonstrate that a vehicle has high emissions.
