This Part establishes the procedures and criteria the Agency will use to review petitions for exemptions from the provisions of Section 22.23 b of the Environmental Protection Act and Section 27 of the Mercury-added Product Prohibition Act. Petitions for exemptions and petitions for renewal of exemptions must be submitted in accordance with this Part.
