Section 560.370 - Returned Expenditures/Reimbursement by Official

Any reportable expenditure that the official returns to the lobbyist or for which the official reimburses the lobbyist or lobbyingentity prior to the deadline for submission of the reportneed not be reported. (Section 6(b-7)(5) of the Act)
